SEO clients further warrant that sites introduced to SEO Backlinks either as examples or as project sites will be free of viruses and other harmful material both electronic and content.

Placing work with SEO Backlinks

Prices quoted for a project are based upon information provided. Should this information prove to be incorrect, SEO Backlinks reserves the right to cancel the contract or adjust the price quoted. Quotations are accurate for a period of 21 days from date of quotation. After that time SEO Backlinks reserves the right to amend the price quoted or projected delivery dates.

Invoices become due and payable immediately upon booking a project and work will not commence until the invoice has been paid. SEO Backlinks reserves the right to allow deferred or stage payments at its discretion dependant upon the nature of the project. SEO clients who make a booking and subsequently withdraw their project will still be liable for the full Invoice price. No refunds will be made.

SEO Clients booking a project warrant that they will provide SEO Backlinks with appropriate artwork and links to their websites to facilitate completion of the project. They will also provide SEO Backlinks with access to such staff as are necessary to enable completion of the project. This access can be by way of meeting, telephone or e-mail communication. They further warrant that should communication with existing service suppliers be required including, but not exclusively, marketing and advertising and IT suppliers, every possible step will be taken to facilitate such communication and any charges in respect of such communication will be borne by SEO clients.

In the event of SEO Backlinks agreeing a milestone or completion date for any project, it cannot be held to account should a delay be occasioned by any delay or failure occasioned by SEO clients or their employees or their service suppliers. SEO Backlinks also cannot be held to account should the delay be caused by any third party or act of God.

Third party contractors

SEO Backlinks may use third party specialist contractors to complete projects. Where this happens, the SEO Clients’ contract remains with SEO Backlinks and all communication relating to the project is deemed to be between SEO Backlinks and SEO clients.
